   The Settled Leader

   Twelve weeks

   A cohort of ten leaders who meet weekly to work through the same ground: calling, team, rhythm, conflict and succession. Weekly ninety minute sessions, a formation reading plan, a private cohort channel and two one to one calls.

2. II

   Private Coaching

   Six months

   Two sessions each month, decision support between sessions, board and staff conversations as needed and an annual retreat day. We work from your real calendar and your real decisions.

   For

   Senior leaders carrying a decision, a transition or a team that needs rebuilding.

   One to one

3. III

   Team Intensive

   Two days

   I come to you. A leadership culture assessment, facilitated executive sessions, written findings and a plan, and a ninety day follow up. You leave with one page every leader can say out loud.

   Elder boards, executive teams and planting teams of four to twenty people.
