A cohort of ten leaders who meet weekly to work through the same ground: calling, team, rhythm, conflict and succession. Weekly ninety minute sessions, a formation reading plan, a private cohort channel and two one to one calls.

A forty minute call. You describe the weight. I tell you honestly whether I can help.
Assessment
A short written inventory of your rhythms, relationships and the decisions in front of you.
Formation
Regular sessions with a clear agenda. Scripture, strategy and candor in equal measure.

We end on purpose, with a plan you can run without me and a door that stays open.
