Who we are
This website belongs to Elena Marsh Leadership Formation, 415 Orchard Street, Atlanta, GA 30312. When this page says “we,” it means the ministry. You can reach us at office@elenamarsh.example.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into a form on this site. The discovery call form asks for your name, your email address, your role and ministry, what you want help with, and the days and times that suit you. The free guide form asks for your first name and your email address. We never ask about your health, and nothing you write is shared with your church or board.
Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (such as the date and your browser type) so the site stays online and secure.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request and, if you asked for the guide, to send it and the occasional letter that follows. We follow up by email only. Every email gives you a way to unsubscribe, and you can also write to us at any time to stop hearing from us.
We do not sell your information
We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the tools we use to receive and answer your messages, such as our website host and our email system, and only so they can do that job for us.
Payments and giving
This website never handles money. Program fees are arranged by email after a discovery call, and any link to give leads to another website run by a secure provider that follows its own privacy policy.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email office@elenamarsh.example.com and we will delete it.
Video and links
Some pages show a thumbnail or link to a video, a podcast, a map or another website. Those are run by other companies, and they follow their own privacy policies when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep a form message for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep ordinary ministry records, about two years after your last contact. Ask us any time and we will delete yours sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to office@elenamarsh.example.com or call (404) 555-0162.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
